Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and independent 360° Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This role requires a strong focus on business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation, along with delivery excellence across candidate sourcing and placements.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can independently build and manage a recruitment desk, generate new business, and consistently deliver results in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full 360° recruitment lifecycle (client acquisition + candidate delivery)
Proactively generate new business and acquire clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships and accounts
Source, headhunt, and place high-quality candidates
Manage multiple roles across industries with ownership and accountability
Drive billing and revenue targets consistently
Requirements
2–5 years of proven recruitment experience
Strong track record in placements and billings
Demonstrated ability in business development and client acquisition
Excellent headhunting and sourcing capability (beyond job portals)
Experience managing a full 360 desk independently
Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance environment
Must have own car and valid driver’s license

Package & Remuneration
