We are seeking a motivated Medical Aesthetic Representative to drive growth and strengthen relationships within Gauteng South area. This role offers the opportunity to influence the future of aesthetic medicine through innovative product promotion and professional support.
Duties include:
Drive sales growth and revenue across the assigned territory.
Promote and sell a portfolio of medical aesthetic products, including injectables and neurotoxins.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with aesthetic doctors, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical aesthetics market.
Increase brand visibility and market penetration within the territory.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and sales engagements.
Provide product knowledge, clinical information, and technical support to customers.
Facilitate hands-on injectable workshops and training sessions for medical professionals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Manage the territory, sales pipeline, customer activity, and sales targets effectively.
Maintain accurate customer information and activity records using CRM systems.
Work independently and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
Completed Bachelor's Degree in a medical, health science or related field.
Proven experience selling aesthetic products, injectables and/or neurotoxins.
Strong knowledge of dermatology, facial anatomy, and medical aesthetics.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Skills in Sales, Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Communication.
Experience in Merchandise Presentation and Medical Aesthetics.
