Purpose of this position:
The key account manager will handle the company's relationships with its most critical clients. They will be accountable for acquiring and sustaining long-term important customers by understanding their requirements.
The role entails serving as the primary point of contact for clients, anticipating their needs and promoting our solutions, meeting deadlines, assisting clients, and generating new business from existing contacts. Establish new client ties as needed.
