The estate demands the highest standards across all residential environments, and the successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, manage all aspects of linen, laundry, and wardrobe care for the principal's luxury garments, and ensure seamless, proactive service across both private and VIP guest spaces. Requirements • A minimum of 8–10 years of progressive senior housekeeping experience within a private UHNW household or comparable high-standard residential environment • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage detailed SOP’s across housekeeping, laundry, wardrobe management, and linen operations • Strong working knowledge of laundry best practices, with particular expertise in the care of luxury and delicate fabrics including cashmere, silk, fine wool, and tailored garments • Proven experience with eco-friendly and sustainable cleaning products, with a thorough understanding of appropriate chemical usage across varied surfaces, materials, and finishes • In-depth expertise in linen room management, including procurement, inventory control, rotation, and quality maintenance across multiple properties • Experienced people leader with a track record of recruiting, training, developing, and performance-managing household teams • Skilled in dynamic rostering to accommodate the changing schedules, events, and requirements of a principal and VIP guests • An exceptional eye for detail combined with superior organizational ability • The highest levels of personal discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and emotional intelligence • A stable employment history with contactable references ➜ ?????? ???? – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
