JUNIOR DIGITAL DESIGN & MARKETING ASSISTANT
HOUGHTON - JHB - Gauteng, South Africa (ZA)
START: 00 February 2026
REPORT TO: Director / CEO
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00am - 17:00pm
- Closed on major public holidays
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R12,000 Salary per month
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Non-negotiables):
- South African citizen
- Based in Johannesburg
- Keen interest in grooming, skin care and personal wellness
- Experience in a similar role - preferred
- Certificate/Diploma in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Strong written English skills, with the ability to write clear, compelling copy.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience with social media content creation, particularly for Instagram and TikTok.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Brevo or similar) and campaign analysis.
- Ability to effectively utilise AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining a high standard of originality and creativity.
- Basic design skills using Adobe Express, or similar tool/s.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Solution orientated mindset with the ability to approach challenges with a “how can I help?” attitude.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Fast learner.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Friendly and approachable personality.
