Job Summary
Specific responsibilities(not limited to):
Key KPI’s are the following, but are not limited to these alone:
· Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards;
· Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools and equipment;
· Record inspection data and compile inspection reports for analysis and further action;
· Communicate with production teams and quality managers to address non-conformance or quality issues;
· Monitor production processes to identify and address any deviations from quality standards;
· Ensure that products are labeled, tagged, or coded accurately, as per the specifications;
· Maintain clean and organized records of inspections and quality assessments;
· Assist in troubleshooting production issues and suggesting corrective actions;
· Conduct regular audits and assist in internal audits for compliance with quality standards;
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
· Matric/ Grade 12;
· Technical or quality control qualification;
· Proven experience in a similar inspection or quality control role, preferably in production environments;
· Familiarity with quality control tools (vernier calipers, measuring tape, gauges, etc.);
