INTERNAL SALES ADMNISTRATOR

We are an established business looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our internal sales and supply chain operations.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an organised, reliable and customer-focused Internal Sales Administrator who can manage administrative tasks, support sales activities and coordinate purchasing and material movements. You should be comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple priorities and taking initiative.
What will you do?
Provide administrative support to the internal and external sales teams.
Process customer orders and job cards, ensuring purchase order accuracy.
Prepare sales reports, spreadsheets, cost of sales reports and tender documentation.
Manage customer portals, quotations and incoming orders.
Generate purchase orders on the ERP system and assist with purchasing administration.
Coordinate transporter quotations and track freight costs and material movements.
Prepare monthly reports on material payments, goods in transit and purchase orders.
Record incoming materials on the system and assist with general office administration when required.
What will you need?
Matric with Mathematics, not Mathematical Literacy.
Experience working with ERP systems; Syspro experience is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A customer-focused, professional and solutions-oriented approach.
Knowledge of supply chain administration, purchasing processes and Incoterms will be advantageous.
The ability to work under pressure, collaborate with a team and take initiative.
Flexibility to work overtime and travel for meetings or events when required.
