Job Summary
This role is for a highly organized and analytical ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Project Manager to coordinate, monitor, and report on all ESG-related projects across the organization. While this role does not own the functional delivery of each ESG initiative, it serves as the central hub for project tracking, data consolidation, milestone management, and industry monitoring. You will help ensure cross-functional alignment and progress toward our ESG commitments, regulatory requirements, and corporate sustainability goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Project Management:
- Plan, manage, and deliver multiple Corporate Affairs initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, timelines, and business objectives
- Maintain a centralized project management system to track status, dependencies, and milestones
- Proactively identify delivery risks, flag blockers, and escalate issues as needed
- Demonstrates strong planning, organizational, and execution skills to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Delivers projects on time, within scope, and aligned to company's Corporate Affairs’ long-term priorities
- Facilitate ESG governance routines, including ESG working groups, steering committee meetings, and quarterly reporting sessions
- Facilitate strategic planning and road mapping across Corporate Affairs focus areas, supporting leadership in prioritisation and resource allocation
- Data Analysis and Reporting Excellence:
- Consolidate, validate, and analyse data across projects to enable accurate ESG and business reporting, including the development of dashboards and insights
- Consolidates, validates, and interprets data from diverse sources to drive evidence-based decision making
- Designs and maintains dashboards, reporting frameworks, and insights that inform business, ESG, and stakeholder reporting
- Ensure compliance with global reporting requirements, contributing to transparent communication on impact and commitments
- Visualize data for impact and communication
- Stakeholder and Partnership Management:
- Builds and sustains collaborative relationships with internal cross-functional teams, external partners, and service providers
- Acts as a trusted liaison, ensuring alignment, accountability, and shared delivery of impact
- Manage relationships with internal teams, external partners, and service providers to ensure effective collaboration and accountability
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree (Environmental Science, Business, Sustainability, Public Policy, or a related field Advantageous)
- 5+ years of experience in project management and ESG-related roles
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks, disclosure standards, and sustainability metrics
- Data management and predictive analytics

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- Experience in crafting Communications Campaigns

- Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships at all levels (internally and externally)
- Strong problem-solving ability with effective listening skills
- Existing CSI network advantageous

- Proficient with project and data tools such as: Asana, Smartsheet, Power BI and Excel
