Where You'll Make an Impact:
Represent the company professionally in all communications, fostering strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
Respond to inquiries swiftly and professionally, ensuring positive engagement at all touchpoints.
Lead safety management initiatives by enforcing protocols, conducting inspections, and addressing safety concerns promptly.
Coordinate daily activities with site supervisors and management to meet project deadlines and operational goals.
Compile and analyze performance reports related to safety, project milestones, and financial metrics, identifying areas for optimization.
Drive improvement projects aimed at enhancing site efficiency, safety, and productivity.
Conduct comprehensive inspections of conveyor systems and equipment, recommending maintenance or repairs to ensure optimal performance.
Promote product sales and maintain excellent client relationships to foster customer satisfaction and retention.
Manage and develop a team of site supervisors, technicians, and support staff to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
Oversee administrative processes related to safety records, documentation, and compliance.
Requirements:
National Certificate NQF4 or equivalent.
Proven understanding of safety management systems and regulations.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and management skills.
Experience in project management, team supervision, and client relationship management.
Strong administrative abilities.
Willingness to work after hours as needed for site breakdowns.
