What You'll Do
As Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational performance by:
Leading and managing daily traffic and transport operations.
Ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable service delivery.
Monitoring operational performance through audits, reporting, and KPI analysis.
Coordinating activities across multiple departments to ensure seamless operations.
Managing operational resources, budgets, and workforce productivity.
Leading, motivating, and developing operational teams.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing operational changes.
Ensuring compliance with transport legislation, safety standards, and company policies.
Analysing operational data to identify trends and improve performance.
What You'll BringMinimum Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Tertiary qualification in Road Transport Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' operational management experience within a large transport or logistics environment.
Experience managing Industrial Relations (IR) matters.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
