Developing and executing a roadmap that diversifies company's revenue streams beyond Contact Centers into AI, IoT, and Cyber Security.
Managing the entire solution lifecycle from "idea to sunset," ensuring internal processes (billing, support, delivery) are integrated and ready.
Take complex technical concepts and turn them into sellable products, including pricing models, value propositions, and service level definitions.
Identifying and managing key relationships with Global OEMs and partners to ensure organization has the best technology stack available.
Offering recommendations for continuous improvement across all aspects of our solutions, from both operational and external customer perspectives.
Building robust business models for new solutions, ensuring they are profitable, scalable, and aligned with company's strategic objectives.
Continuously optimize internal policies, costing calculators, and risk-reduction strategies (SLA/Contract templates).
Contributing to and help with enhancing processes, policies, and pre-sales tools, including updating costing calculators.
Full-time, ongoing internal operational management duties extending beyond specific project deliverables or expert advisory capacity.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma in Information Technology or Diploma Project Management
MBA or equivalent master's Qualifications preferred.
5 years of practical experience in the ICT working environment
5 years’ experience in Product management
3 years of managerial experience
