What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage support staff and oversee daily team operations.
• Install, configure, and support Microsoft desktop and server operating systems.
• Respond to and resolve support calls via remote connection or at customer sites.
• Perform general hardware troubleshooting for desktops and servers.
• Compile configuration documentation for client sites.
• Identify possible risks and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.

Experience & Qualifications

• Management experience is required alongside a Matric certificate.
• You have 5+ years of concurrent IT work experience, with at least two years focused on server support.
• You hold an A+, Server+, N+ or similar qualification; an MCSE or MCSA is a plus.
• You have working knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and backup solutions like Veeam.
• You are familiar with TCP/IP networking, routers, and wireless access points.
• You understand Windows Event logs and how to identify problems effectively.
