Key Responsibilities
Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
3+ years in a client-facing customer success or account management role
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Numeracy confidence—comfortable with tax, FX rates, and basic financial concepts
Startup mindset—adaptable, resourceful, and hands-on
Ability to manage and prioritise a high volume of client accounts without compromising quality
Preferred:
Commercial acumen—enjoys having strategic, revenue-focused conversations
Familiarity with Salesforce and Monday.com
Experience in a tech startup or scale-up environment
