Norman Goodfellows are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling enquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Process orders, returns, and service requests accurately
Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation
Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service processes
Conducting outbound sales calls
Own transport
Afrikaans speaking is advantageous
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficient in basic computer systems and customer management software
