Recruiting for a Chief Innovation Officer to lead technology strategy, innovation, and R&D for a major engineering and technology solutions company.
Key focus areas:
Drive the company’s technology & innovation roadmap
Lead R&D and new product development
Oversee engineering teams and attract top technical talent
Integrate emerging technologies (ML, data analytics, computer vision, sensing, autonomous systems)
Partner with executives to support growth and new business models
Requirements:
MSc/PhD in Engineering/Physics/Maths
15–20 years technical/engineering leadership
Strong innovation, strategy, and emerging tech experience
