About the Role

IgniteByte Digital is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to support the successful adoption of our client's redeveloped website and CMS platform.

The role will focus on user adoption, training, knowledge transfer and organisational change, ensuring that administrators and end users are fully prepared to use and manage the new platform following Go-Live.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured change-management and adoption strategy
  
• Design and deliver administrator and end-user training
  
• Conduct training needs assessments
  
• Develop user manuals, SOPs and training materials
  
• Create short, practical screen-recorded training videos
  
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions
  
• Support users through changes to business processes and workflows
  
• Identify adoption risks, resistance and training gaps
  
• Coordinate training schedules and stakeholder participation
  
• Establish self-service knowledge resources for ongoing support
  
• Work closely with Business Analysts, CMS Developers, QA and project stakeholders
  
• Support project handover and transition to the client's internal team
  
• Measure training effectiveness and user adoption
  
• Provide post-Go-Live adoption and knowledge-transfer support
  

Requirements

Essential Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in Change Management, Training or Digital Adoption
  
• Experience designing and delivering technical training to non-technical users
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent documentation and technical-writing ability
  
• Experience developing SOPs, user guides and training materials
  
• Experience working with structured change-management methodologies
  
• Understanding of Prosci ADKAR or equivalent frameworks
  
• Experience supporting technology, CMS or digital-platform implementations
  
• Ability to translate technical functionality into simple, user-friendly instructions
  
• Experience working with cross-functional project teams
  

Training & Knowledge Management

Experience with:

• Loom or similar screen-recording tools
  
• User manuals and SOP development
  
• Knowledge bases
  
• Self-service learning resources
  
• LMS / LMS-lite platforms
  
• SharePoint-based knowledge repositories
  
• Workshop facilitation
  
• Training needs analysis
  
• User adoption measurement

• Prosci Change Management certification

Qualification

Essential:

Diploma or Degree in Education, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Management, Information Technology or a related field.

Advantageous:

Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification.
