Job Summary
Our successful Hotel Operations Manager:
- Operational Management by overseeing daily hotel operations across all departments to address operational challenges & ensure consistent service delivery.
- Guest Experience & Service Excellence by ensuring that high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Financial & Commercial Management by monitoring departmental costs & revenue performance.
- People Management by fostering a positive, disciplined and high-performance work culture.
- Provide strategic oversight & operational support to the Hotel Sales Department.
- Conduct monthly audits on service and standard operating procedures on all Hotels.
- Reporting & Administration by preparing operational reports for Group Operations Director.
- Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
Qualifications Required:
- Matric (NQF 4)
- Proficient skills in MS Office, good numeracy, verbal and written English skills. Deep knowledge of hotel operations with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel operations with proven experience in managing multi-departmental hotel operations.
