F&B Manager | Luxury Hotel | Hermanus Salary: R28,000 – R31,000 per month Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and commercially minded Food & Beverage Manager for a luxury hotel based in Hermanus. This role offers a hands-on and strategic leadership opportunity to oversee all F&B operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional guest experiences within a refined hospitality environment. Minimum Requirements: • Previous experience as an F&B Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality setting • Strong leadership, team management, and organisational skills • Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and stock management • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and guest-focused approach • Professional presentation and a high standard of service Key Responsibilities: • Lead, manage, and develop the F&B team to maintain exceptional service standards • Oversee all F&B operations across the property, ensuring consistency and quality • Drive revenue growth while implementing strict cost control measures • Manage stock control, procurement, and supplier relationships • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards • Handle guest feedback efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution of concerns • Collaborate closely with the executive team to enhance the overall guest experience This role is suited to a proactive, commercially aware manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
