A dynamic meat real company is seeking a customer-focused Retail Front-End Supervisor with experience in meat retail environments, overseeing cashiers, front shop operations, and customer service standards. Responsible for ensuring smooth daily front-end operations, accurate cash handling, queue management, and alignment with hygiene, security, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities Front-End Operations

• Supervise daily front shop activities including cashiers and service counters

• Manage staff rosters, breaks, and shift coverage

• Ensure efficient queue flow and customer service during peak trading hours

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and refunds professionally

Cash & Till Control

• Oversee cash-up procedures, float control, and till reconciliations

• Investigate cash shortages, overages, and variances

• Ensure adherence to cash handling and security procedures

• Prepare daily cash and front-end reports

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Drive service excellence and customer satisfaction

• Support promotions, pricing accuracy, and in-store specials

• Assist with upselling and cross-selling meat products and specials

• Ensure correct product signage and pricing compliance

Compliance & Store Standards

• Enforce hygiene, health, and safety standards at front-of-house

• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of service areas

• Support internal audits, stock counts, and loss prevention measures

• Adhere to company policies and retail compliance requirements

Qualifications & Experience
