Supervise daily inventory control activities within the warehouse.
Ensure accurate stock management and inventory record maintenance.
Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory variances.
Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, excess stock, and stock losses.
Ensure proper stock rotation and management of expiry-sensitive products.
Generate inventory reports and analyze trends to improve stock accuracy.
Lead, coach, and develop inventory and warehouse personnel.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to optimize inventory performance.
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
At least 2 years' supervisory experience within a warehouse environment.
Experience in the Cosmetics, FMCG, Retail, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industry will be advantageous.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
