Duties:
- Manage student acquisition and enrollment processes to support ongoing growth
- Oversee HR functions, including staff mentoring, employment, disciplinary procedures, and training
- Handle daily operations such as security, stock management, equipment maintenance, staffing, and problem-solving
- Maintain clear and positive communication with parents, staff, and service providers, including organizing events and preparing reports
- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring food availability, purchasing, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Fulfill administrative responsibilities such as report checking, rostering, event planning, and using various software tools
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in early childhood education or management
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and time management
- Ability to lead and mentor staff effectively
- Proficiency in event planning and administrative software
- Knowledge of RPE and R skills is advantageous
Familiarity with the following:
- Early childhood development (ECD) industry standards
- Educational administration and operations
- Stakeholder engagement and community outreach
