Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in spa management within a luxury setting
Strong financial acumen, including the ability to interpret and manage financial statements and operating budgets
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport (no car sharing)
Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism
