Concierge – Luxury Boutique Hotel, Franschhoek
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and service-driven Concierge to join a prestigious luxury boutique hotel situated in the beautiful Franschhoek region. This role requires an individual with exceptional local knowledge, a professional demeanour, and a passion for delivering personalised guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide guests with detailed information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, and activities.
Arrange transportation, restaurant bookings, tours, and other guest requests efficiently and discreetly.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local events.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a concierge or guest relations role within a luxury hospitality environment.
Strong local area knowledge, particularly of the Franschhoek and surrounding Winelands region.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A professional appearance and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
