Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a skilled and professional Mixologist to join a luxury guest farm in Franschhoek. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-end, open-plan kitchen environment with strong emphasis on presentation and professionalism.
Requirements:
Formal training in mixology or bartending
Strong understanding of how to craft and build cocktails
Open-minded and adaptable approach
Respectful and professional in a busy, open-plan kitchen environment
Able to follow instructions from the Head Chef
Presentable appearance (dreadlocks not permitted)
