Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Junior Security Supervisor to join a prestigious luxury wine estate located in Franschhoek. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual to build their career within a high-end hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing the daily security operations of the estate.
Monitor and ensure the safety of staff, guests, and property.
Conduct routine patrols and security checks.
Support and guide security staff in their daily duties.
Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date security reports and records.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a security role, ideally within hospitality or luxury environments.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Physically fit and able to perform security duties effectively.
Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Package:
Salary: R13,500 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
