The Role As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring brand standards are consistently upheld and campaigns are delivered with precision. You will work closely with operations, food and beverage, and leadership teams to bring the brand story to life across digital, print, and on-property touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, website, and print platforms
Ensure all brand communications align with luxury brand standards and tone of voice
Support content creation, including copywriting, basic design coordination, and asset management
Liaise with external partners such as designers, photographers, PR agencies, and printers
Assist with social media scheduling, community management, and performance tracking
Coordinate marketing collateral for launches, events, and promotions
Maintain brand consistency across all guest-facing materials
Support reporting, timelines, and marketing administration
About You
Previous experience in a marketing or brand coordination role, preferably within luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
A good understanding of premium branding and guest-centric communication
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Creative; proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
