This role requires strong payroll, compliance, and HR administration skills within a multi-department hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for hotel and restaurant staff • Manage staff onboarding, terminations, leave, and benefit deductions • Maintain payroll records in line with labour legislation • Ensure correct statutory deductions (UIF, PAYE, SDL, Provident Fund) • Assist with HR reporting and compliance documentation • Resolve payroll queries professionally and confidentially • Support audits and compliance checks Requirements • Proven payroll experience in hospitality or service-based environments • Strong knowledge of South African payroll legislation • Payroll system experience essential (e.g. PaySpace, VIP, or similar) • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality • Organised, reliable, and deadline driven Package • Salary: R23,500 – R26,500 DOE • 50% Medical Aid contribution • 3% Provident Fund contribution • Annual increases and performance bonuses • R25 meal allowance per shift (for salaries under R25;000) • Subsidised staff transport on Franschhoek, Paarl, Stellenbosch & Wellington routes • Live-out role (no accommodation provided) To Apply Submit your CV, references, and recent head & shoulders photograph ASAP. ?
