This senior finance role requires a detail-driven professional with strong hospitality accounting experience and excellent financial control skills. Key Responsibilities • Oversee full financial control across hotel and restaurant operations • Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and financial reporting • Manage budgets, cost control, and variance analysis • Oversee debtors, creditors, payroll coordination, and cash flow monitoring • Ensure compliance with financial policies, audits, and statutory requirements • Work closely with operational managers to improve financial performance • Support annual budget preparation and year-end audit processes Requirements • Previous Financial Controller or senior accounting experience in luxury hospitality essential • Strong hospitality systems and financial reporting experience • Excellent Excel and accounting software skills • Strong analytical, organisational, and leadership skills • High attention to detail and strong business acumen Package • Salary: R30,000 – R32,000 DOE • 50% Medical Aid contribution • 3% Provident Fund contribution • Annual increases and performance bonuses • R25 meal allowance per shift (for salaries under R25;000) • Subsidised staff transport on Franschhoek, Paarl, Stellenbosch & Wellington routes • Live-out role (no accommodation provided) To Apply Submit your CV, references, and recent head & shoulders photograph ASAP. ?
