The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the property while delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. ? Requirements: • Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar supervisory role within luxury hospitality • Strong guest relations and customer service skills • Excellent leadership and team management abilities • Professional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills • Computer literacy and experience with hospitality systems • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays • Valid driver's licence advantageous ? Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts • Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times • Act as the primary point of contact for guest queries, requests, and concerns • Support and supervise front-of-house and guest-facing departments • Assist with staff training, supervision, and performance monitoring • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain presentation standards • Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently • Assist with arrivals, departures, and VIP guest hosting • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies • Coordinate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless operations • Complete daily reporting and administrative duties as required ?
