Requirements:
Tertiary qualification Degree in HR (or Labour Law)
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar environment
Exposure to a manufacturing/ automotive environment
Good understanding of Employment, Labour Laws and Human Resources Policies and Procedures
Good understanding of Employment Equity and BBEEE
Computer literacy: Microsoft Office Applications
Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize the day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle for the site, while serving as the primary internal project manager for B-BBEE, Employment Equity, and Skills Development implementation. Ensures flawless data integrity, smooth payroll validation, and proactive compliance tracking by effectively directing the administrative support of the junior HR team and collaborating efficiently with external consultants
