Job Summary
ASSISTANT RETAIL MANAGER – FMCG/EAST LONDON - The successful candidate should be energetic, hands-on, customer-focused and results-driven, with the ability to motivate a team and maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced FMCG environment
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric / Grade 12 certificate essential.
2–3 years’ experience in an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or similar retail management role.
Previous FMCG / grocery / retail experience essential.
Proven experience in staff supervision and customer service.
Experience working with stock, inventory and merchandising.
Strong sales and target-driven ability.
Computer literate – MS Office and relevant POS systems.
Good numerical and administrative skills.
Willingness to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays as required.
