We’re looking for a Junior Production Assistant to join our team and provide administrative and coordination support across Production Planning, Sourcing, Merchandising and Manufacturing.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, computer literate, detail-oriented and eager to learn. You don’t need previous production experience. We’ll provide full training on our internal systems and processes.

Capturing and maintaining production orders and information on internal systems.
Checking production orders for accuracy and completeness.
Assisting with production planning updates and ensuring information stays current.
Tracking outsourced production orders and following up with suppliers on timelines.
Escalating delays, discrepancies or outstanding items when required.
Assisting with product cost sheets and ensuring documentation is complete.
Supporting the Merchandising team with basic sourcing administration.
Maintaining sourcing, production and branding documentation.
Helping coordinate vinyl and branding requirements between departments.
Supporting communication between Production Planning, Merchandising and Sales.
Keeping company systems and information accurate and up to date.
Assisting with general day-to-day production administration.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems.

Reliable and proactive when following up on outstanding tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.

Interested in Ai technology.
Excited about building a career in production planning, operations or coordination.
Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate or equivalent – essential.
Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills – essential.
Strong general computer literacy.
No previous industry or management experience is required.
A Diploma or Certificate in:
Production Management
Operations Management
Supply Chain Management
Business Administration
Fashion Design
Or a related field
Previous exposure to ERP, production planning or business systems would also be advantageous, but is not required.
This role is designed as a development opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career. You’ll receive training on our systems and processes while gaining hands-on exposure to production planning, sourcing, merchandising and manufacturing.
