LIFE INSURANCE SALES CONSULTANT – TELESALES | CONTRACT
Location: Durban (KZN)
Employment Type: Contract
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Life Insurance Sales Consultant to join a leading financial services environment on a contract basis.
Minimum Requirements
Matric
Diploma in a relevant field
Minimum 12 months’ experience in Life Insurance
Proven experience selling Life Insurance products
Previous telesales/contact centre sales experience
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Strong sales and closing ability
Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills
Customer-focused and professional
Target and results driven
Strong listening and relationship-building skills
Resilient and comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Life Insurance solutions
Present products and benefits clearly and professionally
Handle customer queries and objections effectively
Convert sales opportunities and achieve set targets
Maintain accurate customer and sales information
Adhere to sales, quality and compliance standards
