Duties & Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Present and demonstrate our IT solutions to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are met
Desired Experience & Qualification
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the IT industry
Strong understanding of IT solutions and services
Good understanding of computer and server hardware
Very good understanding of M365 cloud modern workplace offerings
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
At least 3 years of working experience in similar environments and with the same technology
Package & Remuneration
R10 000 – R20 000 basic and commission based on knowledge and skills
