Admin Operations Manager | Luxury Property Group | Cape Town
Cape Town (with travel between Winelands properties and monthly Eastern Cape trips)
Salary: R25,000 – R30,000 (DOE)
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly driven and proactive Admin Operations Manager for a luxury property group based in Cape Town. This is a dynamic, multi-site role for a confident individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable getting deeply involved in both administrative and operational tasks across multiple properties.
This is a hands-on managerial role, not an assistant position, requiring someone who can take ownership, follow through, and help streamline operations across the group while working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and follow up on HR documentation, payment slips, stock sheets, supplier records, and operational paperwork across properties
- Ensure concierge communication is consistent and high standard across all properties
- Enhance guest experiences and support seasonal/special event initiatives
- Research and refine tour offerings, pricing structures, and guest activities
- Track and follow up on outstanding tasks with General Managers
- Support implementation of AI workflows, systems, and operational tools
- Assist with ad hoc operational and administrative projects across the group
- Work closely with HR and senior leadership to ensure operational efficiency and consistency
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and operational background (hospitality experience essential)
- Highly proactive with a “can-do” and solutions-driven attitude
- Confident communicator able to follow up firmly yet professionally with senior managers
- Tech-savvy with strong interest in AI systems and digital workflow tools
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of guest experience in luxury hospitality
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport essential
- Willingness to travel frequently between properties and regions
- Energetic, ambitious, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment
