Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager for a well-established luxury restaurant group based in Cape Town. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to play a key role in shaping and maintaining the brand identity of a prestigious hospitality portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company’s goals
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials
Work closely with operations, PR, and digital teams to implement marketing campaigns
Manage and grow social media presence and digital content
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Prepare marketing reports and analyse campaign performance
Collaborate on the development of promotional materials and in-store activations
Requirements:
A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in brand management, ideally within the hospitality or lifestyle sector
Strong understanding of brand development and digital marketing
Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
