Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Manager for a small luxury hotel group based in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about storytelling, brand building, and creating visually compelling content within the luxury hospitality space.
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms
• Create engaging content aligned with the brand identity
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules
• Oversee brand consistency across digital channels
• Design graphics and visual assets for marketing campaigns
• Monitor engagement, insights, and performance metrics
Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Graphic design skills (Adobe, Canva or similar tools)
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and luxury marketing
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Hospitality experience advantageous
• Relevant qualifications a plus, but not essential
Salary: R30,000 – R40,000
