??? ??????????? ??????????? is assisting a luxury hospitality group to recruit an experienced ????????? ??????? for two exclusive properties in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-driven finance professional who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for property-level financial management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with group standards. Working closely with department heads and support-office teams, the Financial Manager will manage reporting, budgets, and internal controls while providing strategic insight to support business decisions. Requirements · Apply Below Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field · Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance, including at least 2 years in a hospitality environment · Proven ability to manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and variance analysis · Advanced proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills; experience with Sage software (Intacct advantageous) · Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail · Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and explain financial concepts clearly to non-financial colleagues · Highly organized and disciplined, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment · Professional integrity, accuracy, and consistency under pressure · Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of initiative · Positive team player with enthusiasm, patience, and emotional control · A passion for excellence, service, and contributing to the success of a values-driven hospitality brand Please Note – Although we appreciate all applications, we will only respond to those candidates who meet the experience and qualification requirements for this position.
