Reservations Manager – Luxury Hotel | Cape Town An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced and dynamic Reservations Manager to join a prestigious Luxury Hotel in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will lead the reservations team, optimise booking operations, and ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience while driving revenue growth. ? Salary: R25,000 – R30,000 per month (negotiable depending on experience) Key Responsibilities: ✨ Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department to ensure efficiency and accuracy across all bookings ✨ Lead, train, and manage the reservations team, including scheduling and performance reviews ✨ Monitor room inventory, rates, and availability to maximise revenue and occupancy ✨ Implement strategies to drive bookings across all channels — direct, OTA, corporate, and group ✨ Maintain strong guest relations, resolving all inquiries promptly and professionally ✨ Prepare reports on reservations, occupancy, and revenue metrics for management review ✨ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and front office teams to ensure cohesive guest experiences Requirements: ✔ Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hotel reservations or a similar role ✔ Strong knowledge of PMS and online booking platforms ✔ Proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills ✔ Analytical mindset with a focus on revenue optimisation ✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment, including weekends and public holidays What’s Offered: ?
