Job Description

• Design, configure, and support integrations across platform, client, and operational systems.
  
• Translate solution architecture and business requirements into practical integration models.
  
• Manage APIs, event flows, data exchange, authentication, permissions, and workflow dependencies.
  
• Ensure integrations are secure, resilient, and reliable in live production environments.
  
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Deployment Leads, and technical teams to deliver integration intent.
  
• Troubleshoot issues across interfaces, workflows, data movement, and system dependencies.
  
• Support testing, go-live readiness, implementation, and post-deployment stabilization.
  
• Document interface structures, mappings, logic flows, and support processes.
  
• Contribute to integration standards, deployment methods, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in integration engineering, systems engineering, or enterprise platforms.  
  
• Strong experience with APIs, system-to-system communication, and data mapping.  
  
• Knowledge of authentication, permissions, runtime configuration, and workflow orchestration.  
  
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integrations in production environments.  
  
• Experience working across multiple industries or sectors.  
  
• Strong communication skills with both technical and operational stakeholders.  
  
• Ability to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies in client environments.  
  
• Experience supporting implementation readiness and production stabilization.
