Kendrick Recruitment is currently recruiting for a B2C Sales Consultant on behalf of a luxury safari travel company based in Cape Town. This role is suited to a technology-driven sales professional with experience selling luxury safari experiences across Southern and East Africa. The position requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sell luxury safari experiences directly to clients across Southern and East Africa
Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation
Utilise CRM and other sales tools to maintain accurate client records and track leads
Provide expert advice to clients on destinations, itineraries, and tailor-made safari experiences
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
Work closely with Product and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of bookings
Identify opportunities for upselling and additional revenue generation
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the luxury travel or safari sector
Strong understanding of Southern and East African travel products
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, booking platforms, and digital communication tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client enquiries simultaneously
Commercially minded and target-driven
Professional, personable, and client-focused approach
