Role Purpose
Why This Role Exists
This role exists to build and maintain a predictable, high-quality lead generation engine for Ello Technology.
You will own the full pipeline system — from paid traffic and conversion funnels through to clean, structured lead delivery into Zoho CRM. This is not about simply running ads. It is about building a system that consistently produces qualified opportunities for the Sales team.
This is a role for someone who is commercially focused, technically strong, and disciplined in execution. Your success will be measured by lead quality, conversion performance, and data integrity — not marketing activity.
Your First 90 Days
What Success Looks Like
By Day 90:
You are consistently delivering a minimum of one qualified lead per business day into Zoho CRM
You are producing at least 30 qualified leads per month through structured demand generation
You have built a stable paid acquisition and funnel system that delivers predictable results
You have clear visibility on key performance metrics including cost per qualified lead, booked calls, and show rates
Your lead flow automation is stable, with leads delivered quickly, accurately, and correctly tagged
Your tracking and attribution systems are reliable and trusted
This role suits someone who can build structure quickly and take full ownership of performance.

You will be measured on your ability to consistently generate qualified leads, improve conversion performance, and maintain high data accuracy across the pipeline.

Qualified leads generated weekly and monthly
Cost per qualified lead and cost per booked or attended call
Booked calls, show rates, and landing page conversion rates
Opportunities created and pipeline value influenced
Revenue influenced through marketing-driven pipeline
Lead attribution accuracy and tracking reliability
CRM data quality, routing accuracy, and automation uptime

Key Responsibilities
1) Paid Acquisition and Demand Generation
You will be responsible for building and optimising paid acquisition campaigns that generate consistent, high-quality leads.
This includes:
Building, launching, and optimising campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Running structured testing across hooks, offers, creatives, and audience targeting
Managing campaign budgets based on performance and conversion data
Continuously improving campaign efficiency and lead quality
2) Funnel Build and Conversion Optimisation
You will own the full conversion journey from click through to qualified lead.
This includes:
Building and maintaining acquisition funnels in GoHighLevel
Creating landing pages, forms, calendars, and workflows
Running weekly landing page and funnel optimisation tests
Reducing friction and improving conversion through structured improvements
Ensuring all follow-up automations trigger correctly across channels
3) Lead Quality and Qualification
You will ensure that leads generated meet the required quality standards for Sales.
This includes:
Aligning with Sales on the definition of a qualified lead
Building pre-qualification into funnel steps where required
Reducing low-quality or irrelevant leads through targeting and offer optimisation
Improving lead quality through continuous testing and feedback
4) Tracking, Attribution, and Data Integrity
You will ensure that all tracking systems are accurate and reliable.
This includes:
Maintaining UTM structures, analytics tracking, and conversion tracking
Ensuring all pixels, events, and tracking systems are firing correctly
Running weekly tracking checks and monthly audits
Maintaining high attribution accuracy across all leads
5) CRM Integration and Lead Routing (Zoho CRM)
You will ensure that all leads are delivered cleanly into Zoho CRM with correct structure and routing.
This includes:
Managing lead sync between GoHighLevel and Zoho CRM
Ensuring leads arrive with complete and accurate data
Reducing duplicates and unknown-source leads
Maintaining high routing accuracy to the correct internal owners
6) Automation and Pipeline Flow Management
You will own the automation layer that ensures reliable lead flow into the business.
This includes:
Managing automation between GoHighLevel and Zoho using integrations or webhooks
Running weekly lead flow and automation checks
Ensuring high system uptime and reliability
Escalating issues quickly to protect pipeline flow
