??? ??????????? ??????????? is currently assisting a well-established company offering premium rented accommodation in Cape Town to recruit an experienced ???????? ??????? This position requires a highly organized and service-driven and hands on individual with a proven track record in managing Front Office and Housekeeping operations within a large (65 to 75 apartments or Rooms) 5-star hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination between departments, efficient systems management, and consistently high service standards. A sound understanding of financial controls and guest service excellence will be essential to the role. Experience • 5 years' experience in a guest accommodation, serviced apartment, or boutique hospitality environment, with a strong focus on Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations. • Proven track record of managing guest check-ins/check-outs, maintenance coordination, and property presentation standards, including oversight of a portfolio of at least 65 - 75 apartments/rooms • At least 2 years proven track record of managing guest check-ins/check-outs, maintenance coordination, and property presentation standards of a portfolio of at least 65 - 75 apartments/rooms. • Experience handling reservations, billing, and basic revenue or occupancy reporting. • Excellent guest communication and problem-solving abilities. • Strong leadership and team coordination across cleaning, maintenance, and front-office functions. • Working knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) or booking platforms (e.g., NightsBridge, Opera, or similar). • Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting. • Strong attention to detail in inventory control (linen, amenities, cleaning materials, etc.).
