Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly organised and discreet PA / Office Manager to support a dynamic individual behind a luxury fashion brand based in Cape Town. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and has experience supporting high-profile or creative professionals.
The ideal candidate will be emotionally intelligent, adaptable, proactive, and possess the utmost discretion. This is a multifaceted role, requiring a blend of executive-level support, personal assistance, and office management duties.
Personal & Family Support:
Manage invoices, utility bills, and personal payments
File and maintain both hard and digital copies of all personal documents
Track and diarise renewals for passports, licences, and other personal admin
Submit and manage personal insurance claims
Organise personal appointments including medical, wellness, and therapy
Maintain monthly records including bank statements and insurance correspondence
Run personal errands such as gift shopping and deliveries
Provide support to the principal’s spouse to ensure daily needs are met
Arrange and check-in flights (domestic and international) according to preferences
Business Support:
Assist with basic finance admin such as VAT calculations, invoicing, and document filing
Coordinate team travel and logistics including flights and accommodation
Book meeting rooms, organise catering for meetings, and handle related logistics
Assist with IT queries, credit card processes, and stationery orders
Update and manage email footers and internal communication
Provide diary management across team events, meetings, and travel
Organise gifts and special occasion arrangements
Support ad hoc tasks and assist with event planning and office functions
Proven experience in a senior-level PA, executive assistant, or office management role
Prior experience supporting high-profile or creative professionals is advantageous
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
Absolute discretion and confidentiality are essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of emotional intelligence, reliability, and adaptability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Outlook, and Canva
Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport
Confidence managing finance-related tasks such as basic invoicing and VAT
Willingness to support both executive tasks and personal errands with equal diligence
Proactive mindset with a service-driven attitude
Willingness to be available outside of regular hours when needed
