Our Travel/Tourism Client in Cape Town CBD is looking for a Senior Travel Consultant with 5 years plus experience within the Southern Africa region. You will manage FIT and small group travel arrangements. Load and Maintain bookings on Tourplan. DMC experience is essential to have.
Salary R 45000 – R 55000 pm plus comm
Min Requirements
- Minimum 5 years inbound tourism experience
- DMC experience essential
- Tourplan experience essential
- Strong Southern Africa knowledge
Job Description
- Manage FIT and small group travel arrangements throughout Southern Africa for international wholesale partners.
- Prepare quotations and itineraries
- Manage bookings from quote to completion
- Confirm supplier reservations
- Build supplier relationships
- Load and maintain bookings in Tourplan
- Issue vouchers and documentation
- Resolve operational issues
