Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and organised Relief Spa Receptionist to join the team at a luxury hotel in Cape Town. This temporary role will provide cover during a maternity leave period, offering an excellent opportunity to work within a refined and guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and manage all spa reception duties
Handle bookings, appointments, and spa schedules efficiently
Provide information on spa treatments, products, and facilities
Ensure the reception and relaxation areas are kept to the highest standard
Support the spa team in delivering a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
Previous experience in a spa or hospitality reception role is advantageous
Spa therapy experience would be beneficial
Strong organisational and communication skills
Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanour
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
This is a fixed-term opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience in a luxury hospitality setting while providing essential support to the spa team.
