The Receptionist will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to all guests and ensuring the smooth running of front office operations. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Greet and assist guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling and data entry.
Communicate effectively with internal departments to support smooth daily operations.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all required documentation is properly managed.
Uphold company standards of service and guest care at all times.
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within a luxury environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
Well-presented, professional and confident when interacting with guests.
Proficient in basic computer programmes and administrative systems.
Ability to work independently and handle tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual and able to work the required shift pattern of 6h30–14h30.
Available to commit to a 3-month contract.
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience.
Schedule: 6 days on, 2 days off (06h30–14h30).
Contract: 3-month fixed term.
