We are looking for a highly systematic, tech-savvy, and service-driven Group Travel Consultant to be the operational engine behind our destination wedding travel and group bookings. In this role, you will marry the technical precision and efficiency of large-scale group management with the white-glove service expected by our brand.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Group Operations: Manage the full lifecycle of complex international group bookings, ensuring flawless execution from initial quoting through to post-trip reconciliation.
  

• GDS & Air Infrastructure Management: Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to build master PNRs, manage complex flight routings, secure group air space, and issue tickets in strict compliance with international airline guidelines.
  

• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Research, source, and secure optimal group rates across airlines, luxury hotels, land transport, and local partners. Negotiate contract terms to mitigate client risk regarding attrition and cancellation deadlines.
  

• Account & Guest Relationship Management: Act as the primary dedicated contact for couples, guests, and planners, providing rapid, SLA-driven support for amendments, cancellations, and emergency travel disruptions.
  

• Custom Itinerary & Data Precision: Build and maintain detailed guest movement plans, transport manifests, and bespoke digital itineraries, ensuring 100% data integrity within our systems and CRM tools.
  

• Supplier & Partner Collaboration: Work closely with venues, tourism boards, premium hotel clusters, and global hospitality brands to streamline group operations and elevate the on-site guest experience.
  

• Commercial Compliance: Maintain meticulous booking records, track supplier deposits, manage payment timelines, and deliver clear post-event financial documentation.
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as a Group Travel Consultant, handling complex group air and land logistics within a fast-paced travel, hospitality, or events environment.
  

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in a major Global Distribution System (GDS)—such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo—for group ticketing, fare construction, and queue management is essential. Familiarity with CRM or event management tools is highly regarded.
  

• Contract & Commercial Acumen: Sound understanding of group contract terms, including attrition clauses, release dates, and financial liabilities.
  

• Logistical Mastery & Attention to Detail: An exceptional ability to manage multiple large-scale manifests and shifting deadlines simultaneously without losing accuracy.
  

• Communication & Diplomacy: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; someone who can easily transition from technical airline speak to high-touch, empathetic client updates.
