? Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement the group’s marketing strategy, ensuring consistent and high-quality brand representation
? Drive global and local brand awareness through innovative digital and traditional marketing campaigns
? Manage media relations and identify publicity opportunities
? Oversee brand collateral, signage, and stationery, maintaining brand consistency
? Lead digital content creation including blogs, social media captions, website content, and scheduling
? Manage social media strategy: content planning, paid campaigns, community engagement & reviews
? Work closely with developers to maintain and optimize website performance
? Grow online audience through digital platforms and increase direct bookings through strategic campaigns
? Design and distribute engaging newsletters and promotional mailers
? Monitor and analyze marketing trends to guide strategic decisions
? Craft and promote key brand messages across PR, advertising, trade, digital, and events
? Create and manage marketing collateral for sales teams, trade partners, and direct clients
?? Manage influencer/journalist hosting, setting deliverables and expectations
? Coordinate with PR agencies and oversee all press releases
? Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials in collaboration with design teams
? Support crisis communication when necessary
? Continuously evaluate and refine the brand strategy to align with company goals
? Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Marketing Manager role within luxury travel or hospitality
? Proven experience within the luxury sector is essential
? Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a charismatic personality
? Confident in engaging with guests, stakeholders, and shareholders alike
? Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and high-end marketing techniques
? A true team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
