Scrum Master (Agile Delivery | Enterprise Environment)
Are you an experienced Scrum Master looking to make real impact in a scaled Agile environment? We’re seeking a passionate Agile professional to support multiple cross-functional teams and drive delivery excellence within a dynamic product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, and ART Syncs
- Coach teams to become self-managing, high-performing, and outcome-driven
- Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, value-driven backlog
- Improve delivery flow, transparency, and predictability using Agile metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and delivery success
- Drive continuous improvement at both team and program level
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Delivery Lead
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and scaled Agile frameworks
- Experience in large-scale Agile environments (PI Planning, ART structures)
- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe or equivalent advantageous)
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools like Miro
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
